General Terms and Conditions:

Gift cards purchased online are digital and will be sent to your email address once your order has been completed. They will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout.

To redeem your gift card online, simply enter the code in the 'Discount code or gift card' field before completing your payment.

Expiration:
Our gift cards never expire, so just keep the email with your code safe. If you lose it, please email us at customerservice@trueartist.com for assistance.

Refunds:
If you make a purchase using both a gift card and another payment method, any refund will first be applied to the gift card. Any remaining amount will then be refunded to the second payment method used.
