How can I request a return?

ORDER PLACED UNDER YOUR ACCOUNT

1. Log in to your account trueartist.com

2. Go to "My Orders", once you have found the order you want to return, click on "Return".

3. Select the items you do not wish to keep and the reason for the return and follow the steps to complete the request.

4. You will receive an email with the return label along with the steps to follow to return your package.

ORDER PLACED AS A GUEST

1. At the top of this page you will find a button to request your return.

2. You must enter the order number and your email.

3. Select the items you do not wish to keep and the reason for the return and follow the steps to complete the request.

What is the maximum time frame for returns?

From the date of receiving your package, you have 14 days to return it.

What are the terms and conditions for exchanges and returns?

Items must be in perfect condition and with the original tags. In case you have received a defective item, please contact our Customer Service team by sending an email to customerservice@trueartist.com.

What is the cost of a return?

Your first return is totally FREE. The standard rates are the following:

Spain (Mainland Spain Peninsula and the Balearic Islands): €5,00

Canary islands, Ceuta & Melilla: €9,00

Rest of Europe: €9,00

Outside of Europe: €9,00

When and how will I receive the reimbursement?

Your reimbursement will be requested to the same payment method used to place the order within 7 to 10 business days after the parcel is received at our warehouse.

Can I return a pre-sale item? What is the deadline?

Yes, the return period is 14 days from the moment the order is received.
